OC Adventure Boot Camp is a fitness boot camp for women designed for all fitness levels, ages, and abilities. “I started OC ABC in September of 2008 after learning about the program through a friend and current camper. I was very reluctant to join anything called "boot camp" especially since it had been years since I worked out consistently ... and also that it started at 5:30 AM!! After adjusting to the sleep deprivation, I quickly fell in love with the program. Our instructor, Sam, does an excellent job of recommending easier or harder exercises in order to meet each camper's personal fitness level.
I quickly found myself eating better, going to bed early and challenging myself each morning. I have noticed an increase in my strength, as well as my level of endurance. In February of 2009, I completed my first 5K race ... something I never thought would be possible. I love finishing my work-out before my day begins and have even found that I am more energized throughout the day.”

When I started boot camp with Kristi Goldstein in September, my body fat percentage was at 29%, which turns out is not the healthiest! I checked it recently and is now at 19%!!! One of the best compliments I have received was at the gym when someone commented on how great my form was while doing military-style pushups.
