AFTER

Here is what Phil and Amy had to say about new Ladera Ranch trainer Mark Barriere:

"Mark Barriere is an extremely experienced and professional trainer, he trains some of the most accomplished trainers in the industry. When we came home form the Biggest Loser Ranch he was there to guide us through the process and give us sensible workout routines, nutrition advice, and practical tips to make sure we reached our goals fot the Biggest Loser Finale. He was always available to assist us and help motivate us. We would reccommend Mark to any of our friends and family! He is a great guy!"

New OC Boot Camp Location ~ Ladera Ranch ~ taught by Biggest Loser trainer

Orange County Adventure Boot Camp is excited to announce our newest camp location, Ladera Ranch. Orange County women now have another convenient location to attend their morning fitness boot camp workout. The camp will meet from 5:30-6:30 am at Oso Grande Elementary School. This camp will serve the women of Ladera Ranch, Mission Viejo, Coto de Caza, and the surrounding areas.

We are also excited to announce the newest member of our staff, Mark Barriere. He is the former Director of Education and Dean of Fitness for 24 Hour Fitness and Apex Fitness. Mark’s job responsibilities included developing and facilitating NBC’s Biggest Loser two-day Home Visits for voted off contestants, which included an overall assessment, kitchen assessment, grocery store visit, indoor and outdoor workouts, bodybugg program review, and lifestyle coaching. Mark and his team of National Educators also developed the fitness curriculum for the company, certifying over 4000 -7000 trainers a year nationally. He and his team also assisted in developing Group X programs and facilitated continuing education workshops on various topics including nutrition, exercise, program design, bodybugg, and program adherence for members and 24 Hour Fitness employees.
